Our warehouses are located around the globe. For orders in the USA, UK, Canada, EU Countries it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For other orders, please allow up to 8 weeks. We aim to get all orders out on the same day; however, due to volumes, this is not always possible. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
Orders shipped using FREE or Standard Shipping may take up to 8 weeks for delivery; tracking is limited.
Priority shipping almost always offers tracking and packages normally arrive within about 15 – 35 business days after shipment from the warehouse.
We do not offer FREE shipping to some countries where we can not guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. We do all the best for increasing the number of countries eligible for our FREE shipping service.
You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page of your order if several shipping methods are available. You may have to pay higher shipping fees for selecting a priority shipping (express) method. Moreover, orders shipped with a priority service usually have a higher probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
You must first contact us. Provide your Order ID and product name and all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case to allow a return under warranty.

Once we have received your payment, you will get an email with Order ID. Order updates and details will be available at order status page. To track order you will be asked to enter your Order ID and Email.
After the payment, you will instantly receive an email with receipt and order details containing Order ID, Product Name, Quantity, Price, Shipping Method, Shipping and Billing Address.

If less than 8 hours have passed since you purchased the product, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.
We will not be able to change or cancel your purchase after your order has been shipped.
