Check your email. After the payment, you should instantly receive an email with receipt and order details containing Order ID, Product Name, Quantity, Price, Shipping and Payment Methods, Shipping and Billing Address. For registered users, the information is available in My Account section.
Below please find some of the most common reasons for this type of situation:
- The full name and shipping address of your PayPal account or Credit Card do not match the details you entered for this order. We have tried to contact you but have not received your response within a reasonable period of time.
- One or more of the products contained in your order were out of stock. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days after contacting you for the first time, we will send you a refund of your purchase.
If less than 8 hours have passed since you purchased the product, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.
We will not be able to change or cancel your purchase after your order has been shipped.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and we are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. If less than 5 hours have passed since you purchased the product, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. Please do not hesitate to contact us once you realize that your address is not the one you wanted to select.
You must first contact us. Provide your Order ID and product name and all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case to allow a return under warranty.
